This is a great tough baseball jersey that can take some abuse.

It sports 3/4 length sleeves so that they don’t get in the way of batting, catching and throwing.

It is a nearly seamless knit (only shoulders need to be seamed) that is knit bottom-up in the round up to the armhole shaping. Then the front and back are knit flat. Once the shoulder seams are closed you pick up stitches around the armhole and knit the sleeve top-down in the round.

You then add the numbers on the front and back with duplicate stitch.
