The homing cowl is designed to be a basic part of our wardrobe that easily brings us comfort. The center cable directs our eyes to it’s design. It is designed to feel like home, a small piece of comfort, a joy to wear, and a piece we continually return too.

Begin by knitting a tube of fabric with a cable braid down the center and slipped stitch edges for a nice fold. Work until the cowl wraps around the neck and the two ends touch. The two ends of the fabric will then be seamed close. Create 2 i-cord button loops and lastly, the buttons will be sewn onto the cowl.
