This spectacular hat features a wonderful honey comb cable design that, literally, looks amazing in any colorway. The texture and stitch definition will show off any skein of yarn. Although, I highly recommend Yarnitude DK. ;) This hat is knitted in the round, first, on size 4 16-inch circular needles and then finished with size 6 16-inch circular needles. The pattern is for “one size” but is easily adaptable with different needle sizes and/or yarn weights. The gauge for the featured black hat is 5.5 stitches per inch. Testers have gotten 5 & 6 stitches per inch.
You will need: one skein of Yarnitude DK (plenty left over), size 4 & size 6 16-inch circular needles, size 6 DPN’s (double-pointed needles or you can opt for magic loop), a cable needle, and a darning needle.

Please note: all purl stitches were done by wrapping the yarn under the needle, instead of over, as this allows for a much snugger fit.
