Both nerdy and pretty, Hoo-bert is a triangular shawl based on the classic “tiled-rhombus” optical illusion. Also known as “tumbling blocks”, these particular blocks are represented by 20th century London police boxes.

This illusion naturally works in an overall triangle shape, which, in this case, is done twice and separated by a center panel of discs.

The lace pattern repeat is flexible to allow for different size pyramids.

All WS rows are purled with garter stitch edge.
