Hood on the moon is a buttoned, hooded cardigan with a special hood construction.

It is worked back and forth in rows from the top down. The ribbings on the saddle shoulders continue on the sleeves and on the hood. The body is worked with waist shaping. The sleeves are worked in the round and finished with ribbed cuffs. After completing the body and sleeves, the hood is knitted from bottom up.
