This pattern is for a crochet hooded star babywearing blanket.

This beautiful hooded star babywearing blanket allows you to keep baby warm while you wear him/her in a baby carrier, without having to try to figure out how to tuck a square blanket in.

Shaped like a star, each blanket has a hood at the top, wooden buttons on each “arm” point to attach behind your back, and the “leg” points can be tucked under the bottom of your carrier, or can be left to hang.

Not only can you use this blanket for babywearing, but it also works well as a car seat or stroller blanket. The hood also makes it a perfect blanket to wrap baby up in for cuddles of for toddler to snuggle.
