The pattern is based on a design from ‘You Can Crochet’ by Sharon White, reproduced with kind permission of Kangaroo Press.

This pattern is ideal for scraps of knitting yarn. The amounts given in the material list relate to the minimum quantity in which yarns can be bought. In some cases only a fraction of the yarn will be used.

Materials:

100g grey fluffy acrylic
50g white 7-ply mohair
50g fawn 7-ply mohair
50g grey 7-ply mohair
50g navy 8-ply pure wool
50g brown 8-ply pure wool
4 owl eyes
2 owl beaks (bear noses glued with triangles of black felt)

Gauge is achieved using the 5.50mm hook and 1 strand of 8-ply wool (for the inside lining).
