Please read the pattern notes. This scarf can be made in any size with any weight yarn. As long as you weigh your skein as indicated you should have no trouble completing your scarf. You will need more than one skein if you use a heavier yarn. A friend made a short version with 2 skeins of Brown Sheep Bulky weight yarn. This pattern will show up best with a solid color yarn. You can use it in the appropriate color for your cause.
