This fun, narrow scarf with tapered ends hooks up quickly with easy stitches. Start with a few stitches, increase a bit, then work to the desired length and decrease down to taper the end. Add some flower appliques (pattern included) to the scarf, if desired, or leave it plain. Can be made with any weight of yarn from sock/fingering to Aran weight by changing the hook size to suit the yarn. Make it as long or short as desired. The brown sample scarf with bright flowers was made with 147 yards of Aran weight yarn and an I/5.5mm hook measured 65” long x 3” wide. The flowers take about 4 yards each. The 4 page pattern has both written row instructions as well as two crochet charts for the scarf and the flower appliques.
