The lump is found, the diagnosis given, the tears shed, and then hope grows. With each year, new information is learned about breast cancer, slowly moving from a “cure” culture, to a preventative culture. As we cry our tears for those we have lost or who have been touched by breast cancer, we shower hope, we fight our cause, and HOPE becomes contagious and continues to grow.

Much like Hope Grows, these beautiful socks will grow from the toe up, every stitch reminding us to that there is hope, that some day breast cancer will be eradicated.

All proceeds from the sale of this pattern will be donated to the Susan G. Komen 3-Day For The Cure, from now until October 7th. On October 8-10, we walking 60 miles, as participants in the 3-Day For The Cure, here in DC. Each and every step symbolic of the thousands and thousands of women touched by cancer.

Sample knit with BB Knits Prima Sock, in our 80/20 blend, with the Powder Puff colorway.
