This pattern is a result of needing to figure out a way to use that one unique and very special ball of yarn and wanting to show it off to perfection. The Garter Rows provide that opportunity. All of the beautiful colors of the gradient, or a variegated yarn, are shown to perfection when contrasted with a solid color of the beautiful lace stripes.

We begin with the solid/Main Color lace edge, then switch to the beautiful gradient/Contrasting Color Garter Stripes. Lace and Garter stripes alternate throughout the wrap until it is complete.

It is a charted pattern with detailed written stitch definitions, pattern notes, and basic instructions. It is not written row by row.

You can do this - One Stitch at a Time! Have fun!

Happy Knitting!
