This is more of a recipe than a pattern. It works best with scraps of like colors (ideally with one or two skeins that you use through-out, with additional scraps to bulk it up). It includes instructions to make the scarf pictured, as well as tips to make a similar scarf that is a different length, width, weight, etc.

Gauge is not critical, but I highly recommend a small swatch just to see what hooks you should use, as well as to make sure that the colors you have picked go well together.
