Knit your own plush toy magical horse!

The pattern contains the instructions for a noble Horse and how to knit and add a Unicorn horn or Pegasus wings. The Horse stands easily without wires or inserts and is just the right size for little hands.

I made this pattern for my four year old niece, because if she wants a unicorn, she can have one.

For an Intermediate knitter. The good news is that there isn’t much sewing, mostly picking up stitches.

Garter (knit) Stitch
Stockinette Stitch
Knitting Flat
Knitting in the Round
KFB increase
3 Needle Bind Off
K2tog and SSK
P2tog
Sewing together using fake grafting

MATERIALS REQUIRED
Approx 80 yds DK weight yarn in main color
Approx 5 yds DK weight yarn in contrast color
Scrap of black yarn to embroider eyes
US size 4 (3.5mm) dpns set of 5
Stitch makers and stitch holders (scraps of yarn will do)
Tapestry needle
Fiberfill
Tape measure
