In Minnesota we keep warm by feasting on hot dish, a special kind of casserole that often contains Tater Tots. The texture of the seed stitch in this cowl reminds me of a hot dish with Tots on top

This pattern will give you a chunky
cowl, perfect to keep your neck warm
for the winter. You can wrap it twice
around your neck or let it loosely hang
with one wrap. It is an easy circular knit,
perfect for beginners.
