This pattern is for a lovely hot water bottle cover that looks rather like a turtle neck sweater. The neck can fold down for refilling, and the bottom has an opening like a pillowcase. The button is optional.

This pattern is not a beginner pattern, it is intermediate/advanced. It uses chainless foundation stitches, and front and back post double crochet stitches.

I chose Red Heart Lisa as my yarn for this as it is soft and snuggly, but still machine washable. You can use any soft yarn that you can make gauge with.

I hope you like my pattern and I’m happy to help you via email with any of the tricky bits.

You may sell items that you make with my patterns but I would appreciate if you would credit me as the designer and link back to my shop when possible.

Thanks
Kristin.
