Red Heart is an excellent choice for golf club covers, because it withstands all types of weather and can be easily washed when it gets soiled. For Father’s Day, I’ve done an oversized houndstooth print and kept things luxe with a brioche ribbed sock. Want to keep track of which club is underneath? Work the appropriate number of thin (perhaps one or two rounds), contrast colored stripes on the sock to coordinate with the club’s number.
