Hudson River Pullover is an entertaining project, making use of the interaction of long-repeat striped yarn and undulating stitch pattern to produce a fabric which is reminiscent of waves on a river. A plain yarn also works well, given the clarity of the stitch pattern.

The stitch pattern itself is fun to work with only 2 lace rows every 10 rows,so it goes quickly and can be easily memorized.

Directions are given for 8 sizes, 1 (2, 3, 4) 5, 6, 7, 8 with
Finished Chest measurements: 34 (38, 42, 46) 50, 54, 58, 62 in/ 85 (95, 105, 115) 125, 135, 145, 155 cm.

Because it is worked top-down in a raglan construction, you can try it on as you go, and customize the length to suit your style, size and yarn quantity. A versatile and entertaining to knit project.
