Hug Cardigan is inspired on a Mum’s Hug to her child, first in the childhood, with a protective hug, covering the back, arms going through the chest touching the heart, and later, when the child grows up to become an adult, her arms surround him and she rests her head on the chest of the one he previously protected.
It is the simple Hug, without second intentions or ties, of those who only deliver Love, of those who calm and make you feel that everything will be fine.
It is designed to receive that special warmth that covers and welcomes you.
The hug is represented both in the upper band of the neck that goes down like Mum’s arms crossing her chest and the colored stripes under the arms. All the difficulties of everyday life that are the reverse stitch stripes that fall on our shoulders. They dissipate after these stripes and no longer appears.

It is developed with a strip of icord, jersey and icord, from which stitches will be picked up to go on to the circular yoke construction, with invisible increases, the upper band that will later be the button band is made with the Intarsia technique in flat and will have an “internal” icord separation throughout its development, in addition to the border icord.

El Cardigan Abrazo está inspirado en el Abrazo de una madre a su hijo, primero en su etapa de niño, cuando lo abrazaba protectoramente cubriendo su espalda, siendo su respaldo y sus brazos cubrían su pecho, tocando su corazón, y posteriormente cuando su hijo ya creció tanto que sus brazos lo rodean y posa su cabeza en el pecho del que antes protegió.
Es el Abrazo simple, sin segundas intenciones ni ataduras, de esos que sólo entregan Amor, de esos que calman y te hacen sentir que todo estará bien.
Es un diseño pensado en recibir ese calorcito especial que te cubre y te acoge.
El abrazo esta representado tanto en la banda superior del cuello que bajan como los brazos de Mamá cruzándose en el pecho y las franjas de colores bajo los brazos, todas las dificultades de la cotidianidad que son las franjas de punto revés que caen sobre nuestros hombros se disipan luego de estas franjas y ya no vuelven a aparecer.

En cuanto a técnicas, está desarrollado con una franja de borde con icord, jersey e icord, desde la cual se levantaran puntos para pasar a construcción de canesú circular, con aumentos invisibles, la banda superior que luego será la botonera se realiza con la técnica de Intarsia en plano y tendrá un icord separador de puntos durante todo su desarrollo, además del icord de borde.
