This knitted hat pattern is so cozy it’s like a loving hug for your head. Pop this hat on when you’re running to the grocery store on a cold day, or when headed to a relaxed family bonfire. Wear it around the house or while raking leaves! You’ll feel warm, loved and comfy. One size fits most adult heads!

I used 2 skeins (163 yards of in total, so I had some left over) of aran weight lambswool yarn. This yarn is no longer available, so any one skein of my Dewy Dk or Pearlescent Worsted weight yarns would be a good substitute.

The overall look of this hat is soft, relaxed, casual and comfy… the subtle swirls around the brim almost remind me of a cupcake!

You can use double pointed needles or the magic loop method like I did, as you’ll be working in the round.
