This also works perfectly for a headband!

Size: Can be customized to fit a toddler, child, or adult The toddler sized cowl measures 20” after seaming. If you wish to make this larger for a child or an adult, you will find instructions for customizing to fit your needs.

Cowl is cast on using a provisional cast on, it is then knit straight until the end where the provisional cast on is taken out and the ends are grafted together using Kitchener stitch. There is also an option for sewing together without using the provisional cast on or the Kitchener stitch.

Written and charted instructions are both included.

The yarn used to make the sample has been discontinued. Any super bulky weight yarn (or worsted weight yarn held double) can be used for this project. Gauge is not too important for this project, so as long as the gauge is approximate, the cowl will come out just fine.
