This pair of mitts, named for the cable panel that looks like “XOXO” down the back of the hand, are a quick & easy knit in bulky yarn. Knit them in an afternoon while you watch your favorite romance movies!

As shown (3.3 sts/inch), they give their hugs to a variety of hand sizes as their circumference is 6.5 inches unstretched and 10 inches stretched. This will fit hands from small to large, but to make them more snug on smaller hands simply adjust your gauge to 3.6 or 4 sts per inch. They are 8.5 inches long, so they go from knuckles to almost mid-forearm.

Pattern uses about 1.5x 50g balls of 8wpi (bulky or heavy worsted) yarn.
