I had the pleasure of designing this mosaic and lace shawl for Cindy Hallam Events “Wellness, Sip, and Wool #2,” a virtual retreat for knitters. My inspiration for this shawl came from my discussions with Cindy about the love and passion of knitters for their craft, and more importantly, our community! I imagined being wrapped up in a cozy shawl that exudes love, warmth and comfort during a time when we are disconnected from friends and family. Hence, “Hugs from Home!” I hope you enjoy knitting and wearing this shawl as much as I did both in the creation and seeing it come to fruition!
