Humble Loop is a long cowl knit on the bias with stockinette stitch and i-cord edging. Inspired by the humble flowers of the hedge bindweed, the cowl’s easy repeat is ideal for group or TV knitting. It can let in a summer breeze and offers warmth in the evening.

The sample is knit with British Columbia-made Black Cat Custom Yarn and SpiritSong Studio yarns. They can be substituted with any laceweight yarn; I recommend contrasting yarns so they stand out as well as sourcing local fibres and fibre artists.
