Humle Airy Sweater - a very lofty and light-weight sweater, worked with large needles but still a warming garment. The yarn I have used is a single-ply from Gotlands Spinneri, Töis, an untreated yarn made of wool from the Gotland sheep. It is thin but has ability to really bloom when washed. If you choose to work with another yarn, your sweater will have a different look, for example using linen yarn would result in a sweater perfect to pull over a summer dress. Humle Airy Sweater is worked from the top down with a round yoke. Short rows at the back neck give a nice fit and the beautiful lace section lies around the shoulders like a necklace. The sleeves are worked straight down to the ribbing, where rapid decreases form a little puff.
