A brimless knitted and felted (fulled) cap worn by Scottish Highland regiments starting in the reign of George III.

Three colors of yarn needed: red, white and navy are the traditional colors. One skein of each color will be more than enough, especially for the creamy white.

The construction of this cap is quite unique.
