This pattern is written in one size fits all – your ready garment should fit an average adult’s head. Follow the instructions to knit this beanie exactly as shown on pictures or feel free to experiment with add-ons like extra stitches here and there - creativity is something I personally can’t say no to:)

You will need:

  • 1 skein (5oz/140 g and 87yd/80m) of Lion Brand Thick & Quick in Marble (color 505) or any other yarn substitute of your choice in 6 super bulky yarn weight;
  • 1 pompom made from the same yarn or any ready pompom
  • Stitch marker;
  • Darning needle of your choice, small scissors.

Gauge: 8 sts – 10 rows = 4” (10 cm)

  • Needles: US 15 (10mm) circular needles 16”
  • Yardage: 87 yds/80 m
