I drew inspiration for this pattern from some of my other past patterns. I decided to go with simpler lines without any crossovers. You can find the other patterns here:

When I first started to work on this pattern all the way back in January I had all the plans to make it have the same texture as my Hyacinth Hat. With all the bad news my mind kept wandering and I kept forgetting to add the crossover row. I thought, “well if I’m struggling so will everyone else.” So I simplified and adjusted, And I’m so pleased that I did.

Yarn: Knit Picks Stroll Fingering weight yarn, 50g. 1 skein needed

Hook: 00/3.5mm

Notions: Tapestry needle

Size: 46 inches long and 3 ½ inches at widest part.

Gauge: 6 sc x 7 rows = 1 inch

Stitches Used: Chain (ch), single crochet (sc), Slip Stitch (sl st), Front Post Double Crochet (fpdc), single crochet 2 stitches together (sc2tog), single crochet 3 stitches together (sc3tog).
