Hypatia was a female Greek astronomer, mathematician and philosopher from Alexandria, Egypt who was murdered in 415 CE. The starry pattern on this hat is an homage to her.

The hat is available in two styles: beanie with button tab and floppy beret. It is knit from the bottom up on circular needles with extrafine merino. The pattern is 2 pages and includes both styles.
