These socks feature a repeating, easy-to-memorize and addictive stripe and chevron motif. Choose two high-contrast colors or mix solids with variegated yarns for a striking result!

Pattern includes charts for colorwork and is available in a 64- and 72-stitch version. You can size up or down your needles if you find you are between sizes.

This pattern is written for toe-up socks using magic loop, but it can be readily adapted to your preferred method of knitting in the round.

Size. S, M or 7 (8)”/ 18 (20) cm blocked circumference.

Yarn. Sample knit in size small with one ball each (50 grams/231 yards) of Knit Picks Stroll in Rouge (75% merino, 25% nylon) and Stroll Glimmer in Jay (70% merino, 20% nylon, and 5% stellina). You may need up to 60 grams of one color (the one featuring heels, cuffs, and toes) to knit the larger size.

Needles. US size 1.5 / 2.5 mm, long circulars for magic loop or preferred method for knitting in the round.

Gauge. 9 sts, 8 rows in striped colorwork = 1”/2.5cm
