Intermediate crochet level.

Supplies Needed
-size J 6.0 mm hook
-Bernat Home Dec yarn, 1 skein in black and 1 skein in cream (you could also realistically use doubled strands of size 4 ww yarns, or a single strand of size 6 super bulky weight yarn, or a single strand of size 5 yarn. Just note your bag size will vary, and you may need to adjust your hook size for the thicker yarns)
-2 stitch markers
-Two 6” (15 cm) purse handles (I used macrame metal rings from either AC Moore or Joann’s Fabric. Hobby Lobby has silver ones, but I haven’t been able to find gold there)
-Two wooden beads of your choice (I used one 15 mm and one 20 mm) for your tassel
-sharp scissors
-a piece of cardboard 8” (20 cm) wide for cutting your fringe (or however long you want your strands to be)
-yarn needle or small hook (for threading beads onto your tassel)
-tape measurer
Gauge:
Not essential for this project. You ultimately will be deciding on the final size of your bag, should you desire it larger or smaller.

Finished measurements of pictured bag are approximately:
11” (28 cm) diameter of spiral panel
18” (46 cm) from top of panel to bottom of fringe
Tassel is approximately 6” (15 cm) long.
