Gauge

Stitch gauge is CRUCIAL for this project, as it will determine yarn usage, size, and final measurements. Row and round gauge is not as crucial, as all length are given in centimetres and inches, but it will still affect yarn usage.

Washed and Blocked Gauge
Flat and In the Round: 22 sts x 34 rounds over 10 cm / 4” in stockinette stitch
For the lace: 19 sts x 36 rows & rounds over 10 cm / 4” in lace pattern

Size: to choose your size take into account ease and D measurement.
A is measured at the front, B and C are measured at the back.

Ease: 10 cm / 4” is recommended. If you want more ease choose a bigger size. In the pictures I am wearing a 2XL, my bust is 122 cm / 48”

Length is based on standard measurement, but I strongly recommend you to adapt it to your actual body length. Once you have worked some rounds, try it on or (even better!) measure it against a garment with the right length for you stretching it out a bit (once blocked it will be longer: see gauge).
