Size: This bandanna style cowl measures 25 cm wide x 55 cm long (10 x 22 inches), it fits teenagers as well as adult women/men.

Skill Level: Intermediate (you need to be familiar with cable knitting).

Materials needed to knit this cowl:
Handknit using any Aran or medium worsted knitting yarn (4).
The cowl shown here was knit using about 150g/300m/328yds of So Crafty Aran Yarn in Teal, 75% acrylic and 25% wool.
US size 9 5.5mm, 60 cm long circular knitting needle,
1 US size 8 or 9 5mm or 5.5mm cable needle (or 1 double pointed needle of the same size),
1 stitch marker,
Tapestry needle and scissors, for finishing.
