Sometimes you just need a hug. These socks will give you one. Sole has bias fabric which snuggly wraps around foot. Not too tight, just enough to know you’re loved. ;)

Sock features include toe-up construction, bias sole, Russian lacework stitch pattern, full gusset, and faux heel flap.

Small (Medium/Large) - Pattern written with negative ease. Size to fit ball of foot S, ~ 8.5” (21.5 cm); M/L, ~9” (23 cm)

Stitches foot/leg: 60/62 (65/68)

MATERIALS

Yarn: ~ 1 skein fingering weight sock yarn 416 yds (380 m)/95g. Amount may vary depending on size and leg length. Xxx g yarn used for pair of M/L socks with measurements specified.

Finished M/L measurements: ½ circumference foot, 3¼” (8.3 cm); ½ circumference leg, 3.5” (8.9 cm); ½ circumference heel diagonal, ~4¾” (12.1 cm); length bottom heel top of cuff, 7.5” (19 cm); length foot, ~9.5” (24 cm).

Needles: 2.25 mm or 2.5mm

Gauge 2.25 mm needles stockinette in round: ~9 sts, 12.5 rounds per inch (~3.5 sts, 4.9 rounds per cm)

Other items: 2 stitch markers, darning needle
