Pattern Notes
This knitting pattern is worked in the round with size 5 double pointed needles, or size needles to obtain gauge. It is not recommended to use circular needles, as the circumference of the work is too narrow to effectively work with circular needles. The body of the cozy is in the stockinette stitch.

I have included VERY IMPORTANT: notations in the body of the pattern to help ensure that the correct stitch is completed to create the bottom of the cozy and also to help with the decreasing process. Also included is the word “TIP” for suggested tips and recommendations
