All funds raised from the sales of my patterns will be donated to the International Red Cross to help the Ukraine!

ALL prices have been raised to $5.00 US, even patterns which normally I have offered for free, and will remain at that price point until Putin and his minions GTF out of Ukraine.

Lace combined with a seed stitch and I-cord edges makes Idylwilde a interesting knit as well as a fabulously warm scarf!

Pattern includes written and fully charted lace instructions. (Scarf could be easily made larger into a wrap.)

Materials:
1, 150 gram cone of heavy lace weight cashmere (1450 yards or 1325 m.) or 150 grams (485 yards or 442 m.) of any DK weight yarn.
4.5 mm needles (7 US.) or size appropriate for your yarn. (A size or 2 bigger than recommended on ball band.)
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends.

Skills include:
I-cord edging, lace repeats worked with no markers. (Markers are impossible for the lace repeats as they move and stitch counts change.) Navajo plying if you are using lace weight.

Should you wish to use a similar yarn to mine I highly recommend Colourmart heavy lace weight cashmere but use what you like. I Navajo plied this scarf. It’s a fun and easy technique. Thank you, Lucy Neatby for sharing this with the world :-)
