Ilse Sommarblus is a beautiful, feminine top for children. It is worked in a comfortably cool yarn, a blend of merino wool and cotton. Featuring a textured pattern and knit from the top down, it makes a charming addition to the summer wardrobe.
Ilse Sommarblus is worked from the top down, following charts and using raglan increases. The raglan increases are also shown in the charts. The work is divided for sleeves and body, which are then worked separately to completion. The sleeves are worked straight without any decreases, and both the sleeves and body are finished with a few rows of garter stitch. IlseSommarblus is knitted entirely in a textured pattern, so it is important to follow the charts carefully to ensure the stitch count remains correct.
