this simple slouchy alpaca hat was designed with the youngladygrandaughter in mind. she spends her free time hanging with the disc jockey and running from here to there requires a warm but very cool hat. this fits the bill. it is soft, warm slouchy and long enough to cover her long hair.

simple to make and fast. the yarn i used was a bulky alpaca that was gifted to me from a friends stash without a label so the exact yarn name is not known the yardage is only a guess.
