Inspired by Douglas Adams’ sci-fi classic The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy the Improbability Shawl is super customisable and perfect for using up mini skeins, scraps of your favourite yarns or just two of your best contrasts!

This pattern is a ‘plug in and play’ winged triangle shawl and is completely flexible so you can make it as big or as small as you like!
I have also provided full pattern instructions for both shawlette and full shawl to help you make the most of your mini skein sets.

The sample shown used just shy of 200g of Sealy MacWheely Merino Nylon 4ply 425m/100g (1 Mini Skein Set and 100g Contrast) but there are no limitations - try DK or Aran weight for a snuggly winter shawl or 4ply for a light spring shawlette.
