Pattern notes
This design uses a combination of amigurumi method (working in a spiral without closing each round with ss) and working in the round (ending each round with ss). Body is worked from Head down to tail, then Legs, Antenna, Eyes and Belt are made and
attached at end. Wings are constructed using metal wire and
steel rings to create frame, Mandala is then attached and metal frame covered by wrapping yarn around. Cc in last yoh of st before change as folls: insert hook in st, yoh, pull up lp in prev colour, yoh in new colour and draw new colour through all lps. Ch1 at beg of round does not count as st, unless otherwise indicated. Although Gauge/Tension is not critical, keep sts tight throughout to prevent stuffing from showing through fabric.
