Design notes:
This cowl is knit flat and joined into a loop at the end with a three-needle bind-off.
The design consists of a staggered formation of bobbles on a background of 1/1 cables in a chevron pattern.
The long sides have i-cord edges that are knit simultaneously with the cowl body.
