This pattern is for a multi-functional baby blanket that can be used as an infant carrier cover by using the detachable straps; a car seat/stroller blanket that attaches to the crotch strap and has an applique that covers the crotch strap openings with snaps; and/or a baby blanket. Everything is attached with heavy duty snaps for ease of use & customization for use. I have made 2 of these blankets so far -- 1 for a girl and 1 for a boy. Both parents loved the blanket and the multiple uses they could use it for stating it makes it easier than carrying multiple blankets.
