The “winding paths” stitch pattern on this scarf is created with yarn overs, decreases and twisted stitches.The pattern includes both written instructions and a chart for the stitch.

Width: 13.5” ( ~35 cm)

The scarf is knitted for ~48” (~122 cm), or a desired length, then the cast on and bind off edges are sewn together.

Yarn used: #3 Light/ DK yarn ( 8 ply)
Gauge: 5.5 sts per 1” in stockinette stitch

The yarn that I used for this scarf, Premier Yarns Basix DK, is very soft, perfect for sensitive skin.
