Pattern notes:
This simple, striped sweater is knit in the round from the top down. German short rows are used to shape the neckline, raglan increases shape the yoke. The body is worked straight down for a casual look. The long sleeves and body are knit in stockinette stitch in the round; both are finished with twisted ribbing.

Colour 1 / Ink:
575 (625, 700, 775) (850, 950, 1050) yards / 525 (570, 640, 710) (775, 870, 960) metres.
Colour 2 / Brass:
525 (575, 625, 700) (775, 825, 900) yards / 480 (525, 570, 640) (710, 755, 825) metres.
Sample was knit in Kettle Yarn Co. Beyul in colourways ‘Ink’ and ‘Brass’.
Needles:
US3 /3.25mm circular needle (40 cm long) & US5 /3.75mm circular needle (40 cm long & 60cm long).
US3 / 3.25mm & US5 /3.75mm dpns or longer circular needle for magic loop method for sleeves.
Notions:
5 stitch markers, holders / waste yarn, tapestry needle.
Sizing:
XS (S, M, L) (XL, 2XL, 3XL).
To fit chest size:
31 (34, 37, 40) (44, 48, 52) inches /
78.5 (86.5, 94, 101.5) (112, 122, 132) cm.
Actual chest measurements:
34 (36.7, 39.3, 42.7) (46.7, 50.7, 54.7) inches / 86.4 (93.2, 99.8, 108.5) (118.6, 128.8, 138.9) cm.
Choose a size with 2 - 4 inches / 5 - 10 cm of positive ease.
Sample is shown in size M with 3.5 inches / 9 cm of positive ease.
Gauge:
24 sts & 34 rows in 4 inches / 10 cm square in stockinette stitch in the round on larger needles (adjust needle size if necessary, to get gauge).
Use a needle two sizes smaller than gauge needle for the ribbing.
