Dishcloth cotton, you will need one ball of main color (MC), one smaller ball or bobbin of MC, plus bobbins for 4 Contrast Colors (CC). and your preferred needle size

Hint: You may use 1, 2, 3, or 4 contrast colors. For easy visualization, I will call the contrast colors CC1, CC2, CC3, and CC4. When changing yarns during a row, pick the new yarn up from UNDER the old yarn. This prevents holes.
