The Interlace Bag is a small bag with a cabled interlace design. It has a flap that fastens with a button and an optional strap. The finished bag shown measures 8.5”x7”.

Materials:
US size 4 needles
cable needle
1 skein 3 weight yarn
yarn needle
1 button

Gauge:
20 sts x 24 rows in a 4”x4” square of stockinette
The gauge isn’t really important for this project. For a larger bag, use larger needles and thicker yarn.

In addition to the pattern for the bag, a pattern for just the interlace motif is also available.
