The Interlocking Moroccan Cowl pattern is in interlocking filet crochet and is reversible.

Note: In this Pattern the arrows are there to alert you to which two rows form your “pattern” row. They are not directional arrows, as you will work this pattern in the round (circle). You do not turn your work, you are always looking at the front of the pattern.

I have recommended a 4.5 mm hook. If your tension is tight you will want to use a larger hook, as the cowl is a softer more relaxed stitch than the one used in the headband.

Definition of Interlocking Crochet: Interlocking Crochet is a method of crocheting and interlocking two layers of filet crochet-style mesh sheets in such a way that the two layers are woven together to create a single, reversible fabric. Depending on the stitch used, it can create the same pattern on the front and back or two completely separate designs on the front and back
