Intermezzi (language: Italian; meaning: interlude) is a lace triangle construction which starts with a garter tab cast on in the middle of the long side. Then you go ahead with knitting the easy lace pattern all over the fabric and at the same time the increase.

This bandana can be worn as a headband or scarf as well as a lovely bandana around your neck or even as a highlight to your (knitting)bag!!!
If you like to and you still have yarn left you can go on knitting the size you prefer.

Suggested Yarn
Version 1: Das Mondschaf Alpacashmina, 875 yds (800 m) / 100 g
Version 2: Cardiff Cashmere small, 186 yds (170m) / 25g, 2 Knäuel
or about 245 yds (224m) / 28g in a similar yarn.

But you are more than welcome to use any yarn you like, sport, sock, fingering as well as DK , or even worsted.

Suggested Needles
US 2.5 / 3.00 mm circular needle (60 cm)
For other yarns than lace you have to adjust your needle size
