This is an intermediate level pattern made up of 3 different block designs that are seamed together and border added after the fact. The patterned blocks have both a written and charted pattern included.

Crocheting is optional for this pattern but if you do not want to use any crochet, you will need to choose a different method of seaming and border than what is listed/explained in the pattern.

Requires basic knit, purl knowledge, pattern reading, intarsia, duplicate stitch, seaming, adding a border.

Materials
10 mm (US 15) knitting needles
Tapestry needle
Super bulky weight (6) yarn, total yardage:
• White: 700 yards
• Black: 700 yards
• Red: 190 yards
• Cranberry: 200 yards
• Green: 70 yards
• Brown: 15 yards
Scissors
Optional: Crochet hooks (6 mm J and 9 mm M/N), if you are using the listed method to sew the blocks together and add the border.

Gauge
4” = 9.5 stitches x 13.5 rows with super bulky yarn in stockinette with 10 mm (US 15) needles. Finished blocks should measure approximately 12.5” square.
