Ipanema Shawl
Ipanema is a triangular shawl which begins at one tip and grows by increasing along one edge. The pattern in the body of the shawl is easy to memorize since only the right-side rows have “pattern”, wrong side rows are almost all purl! When you get to the border you can choose to work it with or without beads-choose your own adventure! I hope this shawl reminds you of the beaches of Ipanema since this shawl was inspired by the sea.
