Inspired by beautiful hand-dyed yarn, Isabella is a garter stitch asymmetrical triangle with a touch of texture. Use a Mohair Silk contrasting or matching color to bring out the subtle colors of the yarn.

Note: All row directions and stitch counts are listed in the Isabella Row Checklist. Chart for the eyelet section is included.

Pattern is free with purchase of yarn from Wollhaus in Pasadena, CA.

Skill Level:
Advanced Beginner: Knit, purl, kfb, k2tog, yo.

Yarn:
Approximately 400 yards (366 meters) of the main color and 170 yards (155 meters) of the contrast color.

Sample shown using: 1 skein Woolberry Fiber Co Cozy Sock (80% Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon; 435 yards (398 meters) per 100 g) in Champagne Pools and 1 skein Shibui Silk Cloud (60% Kid Mohair, 40% Silk; 330 yards (300 meters) per 25 g) in Poppy.

Needles:
US 6 (4.0 mm) 32 inch circular.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Gauge:
Approximately 18 stitches by 32 rows = 4” (10 cm) in garter stitch after blocking.

Size:
Asymetrical Triangular: 75 inches (191 cm) by 38 inches (97 cm) by 54 inches (137 cm) after blocking.

Construction:
Knit flat.
